The program FileZilla is a free program available here: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/filezilla.html This program lets you download or upload files and folders from your computer to a remote server or from the remote server to your computer. This is so that you can edit the website on your computer using Dreamweaver or another tool.

Important Note: If you are downloading the site for the first time, that is, if you don't already have the site defined on your computer (or if the content on the server is more recent), then you need to download everything including all the files and folders.

Important Note 2: Be sure to download the files into the same location on your computer as the folder and files, (pages) are structured on the server.  For example, if you have a image in the images folder, then it needs to be downloaded to the same location on your computer.
